The private pool, the view of sea and mountains, cleanliness, proximity to restaurants and bars and the friendly concierge team.
For a five star establishment we were very surprised that water was not replenished daily. Furthermore there was no corkscrew and wine glasses. The television should have a better selection of English channels (including sports channels).Pedestrian access is via a very steep driveway and it would help if there were stairs.

We had a great experience at Mela Sea Suites.
It exceeded our expectations.
Wonderful place, friendly staff, very good location and the terrace with the pool was amazing.
Beach 5 minutes away by foot. Also restaurants and supermarket.
Totally recommend it.

We had an amazing 7-night stay at Mela Sea Suites and honestly couldn’t have wished for a better place in Zakynthos.
The suite was spacious, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The private pool was definitely the highlight! Waking up, jumping straight into our own pool and then having breakfast outside with the incredible view was such a great way to start the day. After a day at the beach, coming back around 5 PM and jumping straight back into the pool was just perfect.
The location is excellent, right in the centre of Planos and close to everything. Because the suites are built on a hillside, the views are absolutely beautiful as well.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and a special compliment to the cleaning team. They did an amazing job! Both our suite and the pool were cleaned daily and everything was always kept in perfect condition.
One tip for anyone planning to rent a vehicle: there’s really no need to rent a car at the airport. You can easily rent a car, quad or scooter near the suites, and we found the prices there to be much cheaper than at the airport. Definitely worth waiting until you get to Planos.
The air conditioning worked perfectly, the suite had everything we needed, and throughout the entire week I honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about.
A perfect stay from beginning to end. We would definitely come back!

Proche de nombreux restaurants
Manque d’équipements dans la chambre pour ce type de prix: vanity set, mouchoirs, bouteilles d’eau non renouvelées chaque jour, uniquement deux dosettes de café, verres à vin, tir bouchon, séchoir à linge pour les maillots de bain.
Pas de prestation de room service pour les boissons
Terrasse bruyante car en hauteur sur la route + musique de l’espace commun de l’hôtel
