Quite big apartment, two separate bedrooms, spacious living room, small terrace, but with a nice view. New and seems good equipped (cups, wine glasses, dishwasher, washing machine), available parking spot.
We paid reasonable price for that size/ location.
The rent is through a company (not a private person). The contact was quite good during our stay, however there was a major water supply failure during the stay, we were not notified in advance, once asked - we got a screenshot from news in the local language with comment "translate". AC in one of the bedrooms was broken since we came, was not fixed until we left (despite we were assured, the technical team will come straight away to check). This is quite new property, or at least freshly renovated, there was a lot of dust in the floor. The apartment was not cleaned enough after previous guests.
Be careful, as you can easily switch off the switch for hot water and you will end up taking a cold shower.
No kettle, so it is not so easy to make a cup of coffee/tea. There is an induction cooktop, but the available pots/pans do not always work on it.
