we needed a quiet place to hang out - this place was very quiet! The heatpump/AC unit was great! The Wifi was good but general reception not very strong. Deck was GREAT with latching gates, there is a dartboard which was fun! Huge fridge, big kitchen with island. Called property manager for wifi info and they were super responsive.
It had new kitchen equipment, including induction stove/oven. That is cool except we had no idea how to cook on it, ended up burning food in the pan. Living room could've been more cozy with rug/carpet and coffee tables. Also TV in living room was pretty small compared to one in "kids room" which was huge... you "ock one sliding door with a dowl, same as at our house but a real lock would have felt more secure. HATED fact that only after you pay for reservation, had to upload driver's license and do a face scan to confirm my identity - probably more from the property manager. kind of funky lay out, park on one side of house, enter front door on other side - but not a deal breaker for sure. has fire pit but the wood left for it was HUGE, if you want a fire will need to bring your own kindling, smaller pieces etc...
