The owner was incredibly kind and attentive. We requested both an early check-in and a late check-out, and he happily accommodated us. Before out stay we also asked whether the villa has a Cypriot BBQ, he told us it did not, yet when we arrived he had already brough one just for us. The house was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. A great place for a group of friends.

We had a fantastic stay at LasaThea! There was plenty of space, 3 kitchens with living space, plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms and loads of outdoor area. Theres evidence of the place being recently renovated but it didn't affect our stay at all.
The place has basic amenities, basic furniture, basic TV, but a good amount of kitchenware, cutlery, cooking utensils and kitchen appliances were brand new.
There was only one other property near by which was empty and so we were able to make noise outside without an issue, not that we were a particularly rowdy crowd, but nice to play some music by the pool and know we weren't disturbing anyone.
The views were also amazing. We stayed during the freak weather storm in August so were able to see the storm rolling in and watch as it cleared then spent the rest of the day in the sun in the pool.
The host was also really nice and I took some more pictures for them to use for booking for people to get a better idea of the space.
I'd love to stay here again and recommend for large groups or multiple families
A switch kept tripping for some of the light switches in one of the bedrooms and hallway. Sockets were on a different switch so we just plugged a lamp in and it was fine. Only mentioning it for the host to know

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We especially loved the peaceful location, the outdoor area and the pool. The property felt very private and relaxing, and the views were great. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described.
There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay.
