Nice little home in a good position in Catanzaro Lido. Beach was literally 50 meteres away, shops, cafes, restaurants, train station all in comfortable walking distances. The property is very authentic, you feel like the owner was just living here yesterday so it was fully equipped. Very nice host, even though we didn't meet in person we communicated well over WhatsApp, they were also flexible with checkin and checkout times which meant a lot to us!
The only problem we had, which is not the apartments fault, that every night people were driving their cars around, blasting loud music near the property until about 1-2 AM, not sure if this happens all the time or only now, but I recommend to pack some earplugs just to be safe.
