Привітні власники які йдуть на контакт. Близько до пляжу, рівний берег. Є парковка
Прямо під вікнами цілодобовий супермаркет де немає обмежень по шуму. Вікна з гарною шумоізоляцією але в спальні ще не встигли змонтувати кондиціонер тому вимушені обирати або шумно або жарко.

The apartment is practically on the shore, and the beach and the sea are nearby, A shop is right across the street. Dedicated car parking. The internet in the apartment - fast and stable. The house is new and has a working elevator.
Opposite is a playground with attractions for children and it's a bit noisy in the evening. But everything closes exactly at 12:00 at night. The living room and kitchen are shared. To have lunch or dinner you have to move the table to the sofa and back.
