Not what I expected given the name of the block is Cityview!

Roomy. Beds very clean and comfortable. Internet good. Kitchen well equipped. Host was quick to respond and very polite. Felt safe even though the surrounding area was awful. Close to supermarkets and very good fish and chip shop. Towels provided albeit small and thin. Shower works well

Tired, needs a complete upgrade and needs decorating. Dirty rugs. Greasy cupboards. Dirty blinds. Needs a good deep clean. Shower screen leaks. Exterior awful. Warm water only for washing up and bath. Very noisy exterior door right next to flat and it was banging all night long so never slept well. Exterior gate didn’t work

It was a very nice stay. The apartment was spacious and the needed facilities. Thank you.

Nice and spacious

Windows weren’t closing smoothly and the toilet exhaust wasn’t working. Some heaters didn’t work but some worked

9 / 10

Overall, very comfortable & secure. Felt very welcome right from the booking confirmation. The space was great

The location & security entrance with parking space. The beds were very comfortable & the host went extra mile by not only providing towels but lots of hot drink options & variety of toiletteries.

Thd TV was basic no smart tv so my kids were not able to watch any movie:( They were glued to ipads when home.
