An Extraordinary Experience – Much More Than Just a Place to Stay
This is not your typical resort. With just two rooms, no air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, and no public transportation nearby, it may not be for everyone. But for those who appreciate nature, genuine hospitality, and unique experiences, this place is an absolute gem.
The entire property is essentially one enormous treehouse, built about five meters above the ground, surrounded by a beautiful fruit plantation. Located far outside the village, it offers something increasingly difficult to find: complete immersion in nature, away from noise, traffic, and everyday distractions.
The treehouse itself is remarkable, with numerous cozy corners and little hideaways where you can sit, read, relax, or simply enjoy the surroundings. Spending a night here is an experience in itself.
Almost everything served here is homemade: fresh bread (absolutely delicious, and that’s coming from a German!), homemade yogurt, and fresh fruit grown on the property.
But what truly makes this place exceptional are the hosts.
The Thai owners are extraordinarily warm, welcoming, well-educated, and speak excellent English. From the very first moment, you feel less like a hotel guest and more like a member of the family.
They are wonderful people to spend time with. Whether you are looking for excellent recommendations on exploring the surrounding area, enjoying fascinating conversations about Thailand, its people and culture, or even joining them on an excursion, their hospitality goes far beyond what you would normally expect from a resort.
My recommendation: Don’t come here for just one night. Stay for two or three days. Take your time, enjoy the tranquility, explore the surroundings, and, most importantly, get to know these remarkable people.
This is one of those rare places where the experience is not about luxury or amenities, but about atmosphere, authenticity, nature, and genuine human connection.
