The property is located in a very old building that looks quite poorly maintained from the outside. The apartment itself is in acceptable condition, but unfortunately, there are several significant issues.
The property advertises Wi-Fi and parking, but neither is as expected. There is no private parking available, so you have to park on the street. Although I could connect to the Wi-Fi, there was no internet access.
The shower was also a problem. Only hot water was available, and when I tried to make the water colder, it stopped completely. The bed sheets were not clean and did not appear to have been properly washed.
There are also some safety and maintenance concerns. You need to be very careful when opening the balcony door because the upper part of the door can come loose. The building has a very old elevator that can accommodate only two people. Some of the lights in the common areas were also not working and clearly needed to be repaired.
Another major issue was communication with the owner. The owner never answered my calls, either before my arrival or after I was there. I only received a few WhatsApp messages with instructions for getting the key and information about the Wi-Fi, which did not work anyway. When I contacted the owner about the problems I experienced during my stay, I received no response.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. Considering the condition of the building, the lack of working Wi-Fi, the cleanliness issues, the maintenance problems, and the lack of communication from the owner, I would not choose this property again.
