No nonsense solid accomodation.

Clean and had everything I needed. Also spacious. The team helped me a lot when I told them I was unwell. Great support.

Poor cleanliness and disappointing service — we had to leave after the first night and find another hotel.

The location was convenient and the apartment looked modern at first sight. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by serious cleanliness and hygiene issues.

Unfortunately, the actual condition of the apartment was far below what we expected from the Booking.com listing. Immediately after check-in, we found multiple cleanliness and hygiene problems: stained and dirty bed linen, a visibly stained mattress, dirty curtains, dirty dishes and cups with visible residue, chipped/damaged dishes, dirty surfaces, and small ants/insects inside the accommodation. We have photos and videos documenting these issues. We reported the problems to the property and asked them to resolve them. Even when we requested clean bed linen and towels, we were told that they could only be replaced the following day. We were travelling with a small child and did not consider it acceptable to continue staying in these conditions. As the problems were not resolved promptly, we had to book another hotel at our own expense and leave after the first night, despite having originally booked five nights. We requested a refund only for the four unused nights, not for the night we actually stayed. The property refused the refund. The property later claimed that after our departure their staff inspected the room twice and found no visible cleanliness problems with the bed linen or towels. This is very difficult to reconcile with the photos and videos we took during our stay. The property also argued that we booked another hotel before they had completed their internal resolution process. However, we booked alternative accommodation precisely because the cleanliness problems had not been resolved and we could not reasonably continue staying there with a small child. Overall, both the cleanliness of the accommodation and the handling of our complaint were extremely disappointing.
