Thank you for looking. We are happy to expand our trailer count. This is a brand new 30 ft trailer. It has no slides so its lighter for more options for vehicles to tow it. Please check the tow weight capacity on your large SUV. It will sleep 6 adults comfortably but will sleep 10 if you're taking smaller humans. We provide linens, towels, soaps, kitchen items, coffee pot and toaster, 2 adult camping chairs and 2 kids chairs, an outdoor rug, toilet paper, trash bags and cans. We have a back hitch rack you can rent per trip for a little extra storage and also have a generator for rent if you will not be plugging in. There is no tv in the rv! Doggies are allowed with the pet fee but no cats or other animals please, as owner is allergic to everything lol. No smoking inside of any kind. If the rv is brought back with more than average uncleanliness, you will be charged an excessive cleaning fee.
