The apartment is super new and very clean. The kitchen is excellent - very well equipped oven, microwave, hob, huge fridge freezer, nice pand and knives. The sofa and dining chairs are very comfortable. The bathroom is compact and functional - the shower works well. The apartment is located fairly close to the town centre and a 15-20 minute walk from the station. The apartment was well insulated and warm - I didn't need to use the electric heaters in August but I tested them and they worked efficiently. There is a smart TV which will be connected once the wifi is installed. The owner is very helpful and welcoming and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable.
The apartments are located above a supermarket and there are fans running constantly. So there is a low hum from these as they turn on and off. There is also some noise from the traffic outside the bedroom window and beeping from a pedestrian crossing. So pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The apartment is so new that the wifi had not yet been connected when I stayed and my EE network signal was also poor here. The lighting is very bright. I prefer a bit more ambiance. Overall howevre it was a comfortable place to stay and good value and worked well for me.
