the location was perfect for us. We had to be in South Shields early on the Sunday morning so this was very convenient and a 20 minute drive away. the communication from the host was excellent I sent several emails asking questions and he responded quickly. on the day of arrival we received the door code as promised and entered the property as described. as with other reviews the outside and communal areas are in poor condition and are in need of attention BUT the apartment itself is lovely, it was comfortable and good quality appliances. the only thing we missed was a tea towel to dry the pots and perhaps a kitchen cleaning spray but this is my opinion and did not affect our stay at all.

We had a fantastic stay for one night and couldn’t have asked for a better host. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful and accommodating, even kindly allowing us a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated.
The property was absolutely immaculate, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. The whole stay was comfortable and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was fabulous! Very well equipped with everything you need! Soap, shower gel, hairdryer- all at the property! Very high end appliances and really lovely linens!
The shared entrance to the property is in much need of tlc. Lots of rubbish around other apartments and outside the kitchen window there was a mattress and bed.
