The property has a very good location, close to two large supermarkets, Conad and Coop, the train station, and both urban and interurban bus stops. Lido beach is also nearby, while the historic city centre is within a reasonable walking distance.
There are several good and affordable pizzerias in the area, especially Punto Pizza, which is just a few metres away. The property has parking, is located on the first floor and is not directly on the main road, so the apartment is quiet. The windows face east, which is also a nice advantage.
The apartment is reasonably well equipped with household appliances and is particularly suitable for couples. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Alghero.
We had no significant complaints. Overall, our stay was very good. The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen equipment; it would have been useful to have a microwave oven. Apart from that, everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is well located close to bus stop , pizzeria and grocery stores The apartment has almost all facilities required for a small family . The host is also very responsive and accomodate requests. The neighbours are also very nice.
In summer time, we could use a table fan or something instead of just depending on aircon

The apartment is spacious, has plenty of storage, working appliances and always hot water. The AC cools the apartment well, the bed is comfortable, the neighbours are friendly and helpful, and Conad and other supermarkets are nearby. The location is also fairly convenient. The agency was responsive and willing to help when contacted.
The apartment looks much nicer in the pictures than it does in reality. It feels as if someone moved out recently and the place was quickly put up for rent without much effort.
Several things are in poor condition, including windows and doors that do not work properly, and an AC system that cools the apartment but heats up the enclosed balcony and part of the apartment due to its poor setup.
The apartment is very empty and lacks basic comfort - no curtains, no reading lamps or additional lighting, and only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for our entire stay.
The kitchen is poorly equipped, with worn and not particularly clean dishes and utensils. The pans are heavily worn and food sticks to them, while we had to scrub some of the pots before using them.
We were also only informed after booking that using several electrical appliances at once could cause the electricity to go out.
The Wi-Fi is extremely poor - practically usable by only one person at a time, and even then it is not great.
The AC units also drain water into containers we were never told about, and one started overflowing. The enclosed balcony is basically unusable because of the heat from the AC unit. The shower cabin is also very small.
Waste disposal was another major inconvenience. We received almost no useful information before arrival and had to ask neighbours, who gave us different answers. It took a lot of time to understand the system, and we eventually had to keep sorted waste inside the apartment because we missed some collection days.
