Location is perfect so close to shops and cafes.
The decor was beautiful and clean throughout.
Only thing that was the apartment door didn’t always feel like it shut completely when inside. But it was fine.

The location was absolutely perfect!! The apartment was clean and had all we needed for the perfect girls weekend, definitely recommend! Lovely view of Cheltenham and everything on your doorstep!! Loved the room and facilities, great lighting for makeup if that excites anyone ha ha! We were happy because we were out for Halloween 🎃
Being on the top floor after a night on the tiles was tough, but not necessarily something we were upset about in any way, just pointing it out for people, its a looonnnggg way up when your legs ache ha ha!

Room looked lovely
Top floor no lift. We are in our 80s!
No instructions for anything!
Repeatedly asked about parking since you advertised private parking. No answer ! No help!
Asked about tea, coffee etc. ahead .no answer
Asked to leave luggage ahead as room not available till 3.00. We had travelled a distance for the festival. Told no!
