New accommodation. Bed was very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Appreciated the owner had parking available for us. It says in the ad there is no living room, but there is.
There was no correspondence from the owner to let us know where the key was, or the telephone number to contact them. We finally found our way to the home and the daughter was able to help us. It is quite a ways from downtown but close to the Avalon Mall for a few items we needed. Saw a lot of St. John's travelling back and forth.

Établissement situé dans un sous-sol d’une résidence privée dans un quartier résidentiel. Le locataire au-dessus a fait du bruit jusqu’à 1 heure am et à recommencé 7h30 am.
