Apartment is great , the rep needs to have a more customer service experience and understanding.

The apartment and the management of the company responsible for the property deserved a very positive feedback.

I was disappointed for not being able to get a reasonable respond for few days from the agent for some issues that I believe should have been noticed before my arrival . The manager of the company noticed my concern and contacted me , he was very honest and apologetic for his agent and managed to solve the problems the next day.
