Eden is one of the oldest homes on Spanish Wells, lovingly restored in 2026, is nestled in a large garden of mature fruit trees and tropical flowering plants. Located on the highest hill of Spanish Wells, island breezes blow on the two covered porches and the sun/moon deck, which offers glimpses of the ocean beyond. Restaurants, bars, a convenience store, liquor stores, retail stores and our local museum are all within a few minutes walk. The picturesque white sand beach is a casual 2 minute stroll away.
Some of the special features of this home include: a fully equipped kitchen with butcher block countertops, outfitted for the chef including a kitchen garden with herbs for cooking and vegetables.
