A short shared hallway leads up to the flat's own private entrance - from there, the space is entirely yours.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space is well laid out and fully equipped - a proper kitchenette rather than a token one, with everything you need to cook and eat in. A king bed sleeps two comfortably, with a sofa bed available for up to 4 guests in total. A dedicated workspace and fast WiFi make it equally well suited to remote workers and business travellers.

One of the quietly appreciated details of The Coach House is what you don't hear. Sitting above a private garage rather than other residents means the flat is remarkably peaceful for somewhere this central - no footsteps from below, no voices through the ceiling. It feels considerably more like a self-contained home than a typical flat.
