Koningsbos is a brand-new, stylish wooden holiday home (built in 2026) in a unique location right in the heart of the Veluwe nature. The large glass façade brings the outdoors inside and offers a view of the spacious (not fenced) forest garden of 1,900 m². Enjoy luxury, peace, space, and privacy. Relax in the hammock, swing between the trees, or enjoy a good book on the terrace. Charming villages, fun day trips, and plenty of activities for children make this the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 guests: a double bed, a bunk bed, and two single beds on the loft. The spacious sleeping loft with two single beds has a ceiling height of 1.85 metres at the highest point. The highest windows cannot be covered, allowing you to enjoy beautiful views of the forest and wake up with the changing light of nature around you. Please note that the stairs to the loft do not have a safety gate.

We ask our guests to treat the forest, the surroundings, and the tranquility that makes this special place so unique with respect. Therefore, we ask you to be quiet outside after 10:00 PM, so that people and nature can enjoy the evening and night undisturbed.

Koningsbos is the ideal place for those seeking peace, nature, and silence. It is less suitable for those looking for a lively or boisterous holiday.

In the forest, the WiFi signal is sometimes variable; it is usually good but can occasionally be less stable.

Koningsbos is located at the end of a quiet sandy road in a beautiful spot on the Veluwe, surrounded by vast forests, heathlands, and sand drifts. From the house, you can walk or cycle straight into nature. Nearby, you will find charming places such as Epe, with cosy terraces, shops, and a weekly market. The historic Hanseatic city of Zwolle and the green city of Apeldoorn are also just a short distance away. For nature lovers, the extensive Veluwe forests, Wisselse Veen nature area, the heathlands of Renderklippen, and the sand drifts of the Veluwe are a true paradise.

Visit the impressive Paleis Het Loo, admire art and nature in De Hoge Veluwe National Park, or go wildlife spotting during a walk. There are also plenty of fun outings for children, such as Apenheul, Julianatoren, Dinoland Zwolle, and the adventurous Klimbos Veluwe. The recreational areas around the Veluwe lakes also offer many opportunities for swimming, boating, and playing.

For relaxation, a day of wellness at Veluwse Bron is highly recommended. Enjoy saunas, pools, and wonderful treatments surrounded by greenery. Lovers of unique finds can explore the many thrift shops and antique boutiques in the area, where there is always a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

Welkom! Om het verblijf voor iedereen prettig te houden, vragen we je rekening te houden met de volgende huisregels:
• Roken is niet toegestaan in de accommodatie.
• De accommodatie is uitsluitend bedoeld voor recreatief verblijf. Werk- of woon gerelateerde verblijven zijn niet toegestaan.
• Geen feesten of overlast. Vanaf 22:00 uur dient het stil te zijn.
• Respecteer de afgesproken aankomst- en vertrektijden.
• Laat de accommodatie bij vertrek netjes achter en volg hierbij de instructies in het check-outbericht. Wanneer hier niet aan wordt voldaan, kunnen extra schoonmaakkosten in rekening worden gebracht.
• Extra gasten of huisdieren dienen vooraf te worden gemeld. Hiervoor kan een toeslag in rekening worden gebracht.
• Vanwege de bosrijke omgeving is open vuur niet toegestaan. Houd bij het barbecueën rekening met de regels van het park en het actuele natuurbrandrisico
• Minimale leeftijd van de hoofdboeker 21 jaar
• Het opzetten van een klein (speel) tentje en/of opblaaszwembad kan alleen op het gras.
• Plaatsen van campers, vouwwagen of grote tenten is niet toegestaan.
