Less than 5 mins from Sylvan beach, playground, and skatepark! Plus, right around the block, enjoy a small patio area near the water with picnic tables- fishing allowed! Our house includes access to a paddle board and life jacket- perfect for exploring the waters (dolphin sightings in the early mornings). 20-30 mins from NASA, Kemah, and Downtown Houston.
