Ideal for families and groups of up to 7 guests, Casa Anna offers breathtaking views of Lake Garda from every room and corner of the property, as well as the chance to enjoy beautiful sunsets.



The solid, spacious house is spread over two floors, with 150 sqm of living space plus a balcony, terrace, and porch. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double and a single bed, and one with bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms and a guest bathroom on the ground floor with an adjacent laundry area. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals independently. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Three outdoor private parking spaces are provided.



The outdoor areas are a real highlight. You have access to a private 1,500 sqm terraced garden in front of the house, perfect for relaxing and playing, managed naturally without chemicals and featuring the rich biodiversity of Mount Baldo. The porch is ideal for outdoor dining, with a barbecue available. The climate is mild year-round thanks to the lake breeze, and the air is especially pure due to the absence of industry and agriculture.
