The staff were very friendly. I give a 10 for service and ambience. The interior aesthetics was top class. The room was very spacious and cool. They were very security conscious too
The noise from the road and at the lounge during the weekend gig. No wardrobes or shelves to encourage unpacking for long term stay. Lastly, there should be a nit more variety for their breakfast options

Good location near Allen junction, room was clean and when I arrived with my luggage,receptionist and door man were nice and helpful and offered to charge my phone and there was also WiFi all through the hotel. The breakfast was excellent
You had to submit your keys and get a pass anytime you leave the hotel.Hosted some friends in the hotel and bought foods worth N200K, the restaurant lady was not friendly, and food wasted so much time to be ready with no apology. You were asked to fill a review before leaving the hotel not minding whether you are catching a flight or not. Staff were taught to act as if you will steal something in the hotel thereby making my stay uncomfortable. Requested to have my room cleaned and came back it was exactly the same after going out for close to 6 hours. Checked in on Saturday night and the noise was unbearable as the live band made it impossible for me to sleep. If you need a good sleep, don’t book this hotel on Saturday night as the live band was on till 2am and was very loud as the windows were not sound proof. You will be held hostage and not allowed to leave when checking out until they have confirmed the room irrespective of if you are catching a flight or not. The staff believe that the customers are potential thieves and will steal from the hotel and that made my staff uncomfortable as I wanted to enjoy the serenity of Lagos
