CHECK IN

The apartment is in a convenient location, directly opposite a school. Being on the 1 floor makes it easy to access. Check-in at 2:00 PM was straightforward, with access via a door code and a digital key. The physical keys were also available in a lockbox on the door. The location is a real advantage. The Naviglio canal is nearby and is a lovely place for a walk. There is an Anytime Fitness gym, a small park and a Conad supermarket within walking distance, along with several cafés and other shops. The hosts were kind and understanding. Although late check-out until 1:00 PM was initially offered for an additional €30, they kindly agreed to let us stay until 1:00 PM free of charge after I explained the inconveniences we had experienced. I really appreciated their flexibility, especially as I was travelling with my three-month-old baby.

The apartment is very small, which made the space feel quite limited, especially when travelling with a baby. It was also very cold during our stay, and the radiators were not working. I prefer not to use air conditioning for heating, so the lack of functioning heating made the apartment uncomfortable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and creaked with every movement, making it difficult to sleep properly. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with a very limited amount of tableware, seemingly enough for just two people. There were only two mugs, two plates and two spoons, meaning we had to wash dishes constantly while cooking. The cleaning cloths and sponge were in very poor condition and clearly needed replacing. The television was old and outdated, with no Smart TV functionality. Overall, the apartment has an excellent location and the hosts were genuinely kind and accommodating. However, the small size, cold temperature, non-functioning radiators, uncomfortable bed and limited kitchen equipment significantly affected our stay.
