The rooms were fantastic. Super clean the beds the pillows the duvet, absolutely amazing so so comfortable. The shower was the only thing I would say was ok. Temp was slightly difficult to adjust. The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff were great cleaning staff were excellent. The ushers in the lobby were wonderful. Extremely friendly and very very helpful.
We were on the second floor and despite not opening any windows we could hear the traffic. Surrounding roads were busy roads. The breakfast was ok. Not enough of a variety. And same things every morning.

Some of the stuff was not available at room while we checked in , eg towels , dental kit etc, requested couple of time to staff than we recieved

موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من الحرم النبوي
الغرفه واسعه ماشاء الله ومرتبه ونظيفه جدا
موظفين الاستقبال مجتهدين حيل الله يوفقهم بس تنقصهم الخبره والممارسه في الاستقبال وتسريع حركة الدخول
فيه ملاحظه شخصيه من وجهة نظري
مكان فتحات التكييف في الغرفه فادح وغلط حيييل
مقابل السرير من فوق ،، اذا قصرت ع التكييف حر واذا طولت عليه مرضت وهذا الي صار معي طلعت مريض وتعبان من التكييف مع اني ماطولت عليه حيل
أمر اخير .. اتمنى يحطون معطرات في المصاعد
بسبب رائحة الجاليات الكثيره في الفندق
