The worst accomodation experience ever.

THE WORST ACCOMMODATION EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. I genuinely never imagined that a family vacation could turn into something this stressful, humiliating, and disturbing. I arrived at these apartments with my wife and my 2-year-old daughter. According to the booking description, payment by cash or credit card was available. But after arriving, I was suddenly told: “Cash only.” I explained calmly that I was traveling with USD and did not currently have the local cash available. I said I was fully willing and ready to pay, but wanted to use my credit card, as the booking information indicated. Instead of trying to help, a person identifying herself as a manager, Anastasia, responded to me extremely rudely and told me, “It’s none of my business,” while insisting that I must get cash because she would be coming by that day. I explained that I could not immediately do that. Then another person identifying themselves as a manager, calling from a number ending in 745, contacted me and essentially told me: “If you don’t pay today, get out of the apartment.” Let that sink in. 10:30 PM. A foreign country. A wife. A 2-year-old child. And instead of support from the property management, we were being threatened with being forced out because I wanted to pay by CREDIT CARD rather than cash. Eventually, I had no choice but to arrange the cash payment. I thought that was the end of this nightmare. It wasn’t. After I had ALREADY PAID IN CASH, someone was sent to knock on my apartment door and ask me to CANCEL MY BOOKING RESERVATION. Why? Because, according to what I was told, booking apparently receives a percentage from the property for the reservation. I refused. Then I was offered a discount if I cancelled and was told not to worry because there would supposedly be no cancellation fee. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in countless hotels and apartments. But I have NEVER experienced anything like this. This wasn’t simply bad customer service.

The apartment didn't really look like the photos, and several details could have received more attention. The room also felt like it needed a bit more maintenance. For the price we paid, we expected a more pleasant experience.

Angry host, untidy room

Unfortunately, our stay was not as good as we expected. The room was not very well maintained, and the cleanliness could have been much better. We also had a few comfort issues during our stay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience considering the price.

I'll never book this again

No quedamos muy conformes con la experiencia. El lugar se veía mejor en las fotos y, al llegar, encontramos varios detalles que necesitaban más atención. La habitación también tenía algunos problemas de mantenimiento. Esperábamos un poco más por el precio que pagamos.
