The quality of the accommodation, the communal areas and pool was first class and the views from the terraces of the Douro was exceptional. The location of the property is such that a car would be ideal if having a longer stay but for the duration we were there the FERO management team arranged all taxi services. I have to add a very big thanks to the FERO team for making our stay so memorable.

The check-in process was totally seamless and easy, the property was beautiful and peaceful, and it's apparent that the staff works behind the scenes to ensure guests have a peaceful experience. This felt very resort-like.
I liked everything about the property. The small, winding roads to reach the property are overshadowed by the beautiful, sweeping views from virtually every part of the property.
