Al final no pudimos alojarnos en este apartamento porque los anteriores inquilinos causaron daños. En seguida se pusieron en contacto con nosotros y nos asignaron otro apartamento. Este estaba en otra localización y, aunque tuvimos que cambiar nuestra ruta, el acceso al centro de la ciudad ha sido muy sencillo. El alojamiento estaba limpio, ordenado y la temperatura ha sido de nuestro agrado; también tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. El propietario es muy atento y ha atendido todas nuestras necesidades.

Host resolved relocation situation in an orderly fashion and promptly. Went beyond to minimize impact on our activity plans. The 2nd property was better set out and comfortable than the first; wish could have stayed on longer.
Landlord had last minute problems with key, therefore we had to be relocated. Unfortunate circumstances obliged to change 2-night stay to two different properties.
