Everything. A beautiful location - very close to the centre of Broadway

Asked Sykes for a slightly later checkout in order to complete a business call. They did not answer for 3 weeks, so we asked again and ended up ringing and they said no it was not possible. However, once we got there we saw Manor cottages as a contact in the holiday cottage saying you could WhatsApp them. We did and they responded quickly and agreed with no hesitation. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. Sykes had left us worrying about how we were going to manage a prearranged important call and had not asked the owner. We felt their customer care was lacking and were so grateful when Manor Cottages intervened.

Everything. A beautiful location - very close to the centre of Broadway

Asked Sykes for a slightly later checkout in order to complete a business call. They did not answer for 3 weeks, so we asked again and ended up ringing and they said no it was not possible.
