An honest apartment in a great location, good value for the price

Despite some bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Our stay was short but it had everything we needed. Now, after seeing it with my own eyes, I could understand that most of the bad comments were wrong. The location is great, the apartment is clean and cozy, the photos are real and the whole process was easy. The only “downside” is the building, but that has nothing to do with the owner or the apartment.

Tutto sommato, il soggiorno posso valutarlo con 5, che per me è un punteggio molto basso.

La struttura è situata in una posizione molto centrale, con supermarket italiani e quindi molto comodo per fare la spesa. È divisa in due zone, zona cucina con una grande finestra (anche questo molto comodo) e zona diciamo di relax dove dormire ed è presente un tavolo dove poter mangiare

La struttura, considerando anche la città e la nazione di cui parliamo, con i dovuti disagi, in realtà non pecca su nulla. In bagno, la doccia è praticamente inesistente e quindi quando ci si lava tutta l’acqua “lava il pavimento” di tutto il bagno e bisogna fare attenzione a non allagare tutto. Ma non lo prenderei come difetto dato che molte strutture qui hanno il bagno in questo modo. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto molte difficoltà nell’appartamento dovute alla mancanza d’acqua improvvisa (2 volte in 2 notti che siamo stati in appartamento… quindi per un breve soggiorno) una volta di pomeriggio e un’altra di notte. Appena entrati in appartamento, mancava tutto. Tutte le pentole, le posate, un cestino, una sedia… L’host ci ha portato la metà delle cose che mancavano verso sera. Per carità, è stato gentile ma comunque se io entro in appartamento deve essere almeno fornito di quello che potrebbe servirmi, altrimenti che c’è a fare il fornello? Di certo un turista non si porta le pentole da casa… Inoltre l’appartamento si apre con una chiave che serve anche ad aprire il portoncino giù all’interno e all’esterno (sistema in Italia abolito dalla massa già più di 20 anni fa perché si rischia di restare chiusi dentro se ci si dimentica la chiave sopra, cosa successa a noi). Anche in questo caso l’host è arrivato dopo 40 minuti, quindi su questo niente da dire. Ma è assurdo che possano ancora capitare queste cose… Assurdo che il portoncino si apra con la chiave da dentro. Non so, valutando tutto il soggiorno, ci sono stati troppi disagi. Non si deve sempre giustificare e lasciar passare solo perchè siamo in una città del genere e quindi “qui funziona cosí”. Si deve andare avanti.

Beşinci katta olduğu söylenmedi, bu yüzden valizlerimizi yukarıya taşıyana kadar canımız çıktı indirirken valizim koptu onun dışında Wi-Fi’si yoktu çöp kutusu yoktu kettle yoktu banyoda herhangi bir ayak havlusu yoktu ve duş aldığınız zaman her yer Islanıyor peçeteyle silmek zorunda kaldık onun dışında tuvaletin kapısı blurlu içeride oturan kişinin ne yaptığı ya da banyoda duş alan kişinin görünüyordu bu durum hoş değil mahremiyet açısından iyi hissettirmedi
