The location is perfect and the unit is excellent in a way it's facing the playground.
The key collection place is easy to locate BUT when we are about to get the keys, the key safe is OPEN and only has 1 keycard which should have 2 sets as per the guildelines. I rang the host and was told she'll double check. When I followed it up, seems that there's really only 1 keycard. Maybe you should inform the guests if thats the case. She gave me the spare key and instructed how to get it.
My daughter wanted to play basketball. We asked the reception and I told him we are staying at potters hill. He said I need to book online to use it. I can't find the link to book online so I emailed booking.com and was told as well that silverwater could help us. I rang the SW Resort but when he checked I booked privately, he said I cannot share with the owner???
