Clear instructions on how to collect the keys. For us, the cottage was really well located. There is a shopping centre over the road with supermarkets, pharmacy and coffee shops. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy and the shower hot! A nice touch was fresh milk in the fridge. There was also tea, coffee, sugar and other condiments which were really helpful.
It was a bit noisy during the day as the cottage shares premises with a swimming school. Not an issue in the evening. Access is a little tricky past the swimming pool if you are carrying heavy luggage.

no tv remote. you need to use an app on your mobile phone. cant watch if no app.
for business travellers no towels is a negative.
