Room are clean and neat, staff are lovely. And the price is very good.

The amenities and facilities are quite old and need significant improvement. The building’s location was also not comfortable for a family stay, as the surrounding area did not feel safe or secure. We could not feel comfortable staying there with our family. The property claims to be only 1.4 miles from Masjid al-Haram, but in reality, it is approximately 6.6 km from the Haram, which is significantly farther than advertised. Also, the GPS location shared by the property was incorrect, which made it difficult to accurately identify the actual location. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the misleading location information and the safety concerns for families. Booking.com never be recommended this type if property for the families.
