The hotel was very neat and clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is always someone available at the reception 24 hours a day to assist and guide guests.
Special thanks to Mr Muhammad (Saudi) and Mr Abdullah (Yemeni) for their kindness and excellent service.
The hotel management also provides a free shuttle bus service to Haram for prayers which is very convenient.
My suggestion: If you want to visit Haram outside prayer times then I recommend using Uber. It is very affordable and convenient.
Overall I had a very pleasant experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.
Nothing to complain about. My suggestion is to eat near Haram before returning to the hotel because restaurants are a little far away. Alternatively you can use HungerStation or Keeta for food delivery. If you have a car then there is no issue as you can easily drive to nearby restaurants. One more thing is that a new restaurant is opening very soon right in front of the hotel.

Room are clean and neat, staff are lovely. And the price is very good.
The amenities and facilities are quite old and need significant improvement. The building’s location was also not comfortable for a family stay, as the surrounding area did not feel safe or secure. We could not feel comfortable staying there with our family.
The property claims to be only 1.4 miles from Masjid al-Haram, but in reality, it is approximately 6.6 km from the Haram, which is significantly farther than advertised.
Also, the GPS location shared by the property was incorrect, which made it difficult to accurately identify the actual location.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the misleading location information and the safety concerns for families. Booking.com never be recommended this type if property for the families.
