The property was as advertised including the pictures. The location was exceptional with everything you need for a week's stay or more (restaurants, grocery and other stores, the beach) within a short walking distance. The beach was right there, walk out the door, across the sidewalk, and there was the beach. And OMG, the restaurants in the area are awesome.
The owner of the property and the property manager are exceptional professionals who were very responsive, accommodating, and genuinely concerned about your enjoyment. They even organized transport from/to TIA (the airport). Of course, there was a fee for the taxi, but they sorted it.
A note for travelers; almost everyone takes credit cards. I did not have to go to the ATM at all.
It's a nit, but the shower needs updating. The bathroom itself (including a laundry) have been updated. The property owner said it was next on the list to be remodeled. But, considering a person only spends 5 minutes a day in the shower, it really is a nit. Otherwise, the entire flat has been updated and is quite comfortable with an excellent kitchen area. The patio is spectacular.

Ideal apartment in front of the sea. Worth the money, spacious, kitchen, very large balcony, perfect room with sea view.
