The location is good.Actually due to the road construction, entire kazhakkootam is a hassle especially when there are side roads like for this stay.But when the roadworks finish it will be good.
Cleanliness is commendable.
Underground parking is available though space is limited, acceptable for town area
If you have free time, you can just walk around, there are many shops and a supermarket nearby
Not exactly something to dislike, but if you are looking for a quiet, private place need to look for other stays..it's in the middle of the busy town area atop a clothestore..but it serves the purpose for work visits or for exams and such.Overall it's a pleasant stay

Clean and tidy rooms with excellent facilities and courteous staff. Conveniently located near Kazhakuttam Bus Stand, Kazhakuttam Railway Station, and Technopark Phase I, it's an ideal place for both business and leisure stays.
