The staff were very friendly, polite, and respectful throughout my stay. There was no unpleasant smell in the room. The bathroom was reasonably clean overall. The staff behaviour was one of the positive aspects of my stay.
The room had quite a lot of dust, and the bathroom door was not clean. The small storage space provided in the room was also dirty. The bedsheet did not feel fresh and seemed like it had already been used by someone else. Some of the pillows were not clean, and they were too thin and uncomfortable.
The stairs leading to the rooms are quite steep, and the passage is very narrow, so you need to be careful. There was no proper cupboard or sufficient storage space for clothes. Wi-Fi was mentioned as available, but I could not get a working Wi-Fi connection during my stay.
For the price paid, I did not feel that the facilities and overall experience were worth the cost. The cleanliness, maintenance, and basic facilities could be improved considerably.
