Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia en esta preciosa casa. Es un lugar con muchísimo encanto, muy bonito, limpio y acogedor, donde te sientes como en casa desde el primer momento. Marta,la anfitriona,es un encanto, amable y atenta, haciendo que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Y qué decir de las vistas… ¡maravillosas, de esas que te dejan sin palabras! Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para desconectar, relajarse y disfrutar. Nos llevamos un recuerdo precioso y, sin duda, nos encantaría volver. ¡Totalmente recomendable

Lo que más me gustó fue el sitio donde se encuentra, mucha tranquilidad y un paisaje precioso. La casa está en perfectas condiciones y el trato ha sido magnifico, volvería sin duda !!

Estuvimos una semana en agosto. Un sitio con mucho encanto, lleno de naturaleza y con unas vistas increíbles. La casa estaba impoluta, super bien acondicionada y con todo tipo de comodidades. Nos encantó la amplitud del garaje y la amplia terraza exterior con barbacoa
Marta nos trató de 10 desde el principio, nos ofreció en todo momento su ayuda, incluso nos trajo una hamaca para tomar el sol.

This appartement was the best we had in Spain until now. It is very modern, had many appliances for cooking, very clean, nice shower, big TV and very stylish overall. The owner even gave us some snacks to start, so we didn't have to go shopping right away. So it feels like... Home.
It has 2 parking spots outside and 2 more in the garage.
It is a 20 min drive from Luarca into the mountains, but the road is good. You will be in a mountain village with about 10 Inhabitants, so expect to salute your few neighbors and some cows :)
Be careful not to use the small street via Godon which Google maps proposes as the fastest route. It is not.
Always use the AS36 Luarca-Villayon. Once you reach the small village Cunqueiros you find a small steep driveway about 10m after sign.
