I liked the comfortable atmosphere, clean environment, and friendly service. The property was pleasant and made my stay enjoyable.
Overall, I had a good experience, and there was nothing significant that I disliked during my stay.

Fantastic, location, amazing views, such amazing services. I stayed 3 nights Fantastic breakfast and dinner which I paid for once. The staff were so nice. In some ways yes 10/10. I left a parcel in the taxi and they so kindly sorted this.
The place was a week old so the first review clearly fake. The place basically wasn’t finished, spa totally not ready, pool rickety ladder, strange lifts, upstairs viewpoint was a building site. I had two cold showers and had to ask to clean my room third day. Taxi driver didn’t know where it was. On checkout they could not take card and I was forced to pay in all my spare cash. They

Property is newly opened (15 Oct 2026) but not quite finished. It is trying to be a 5 star resort (and priced that way) but not quite there, maybe come back next year?
- Multiple facilities were advertised but still under construction (eg rooftop, spa facilities)
- the hotel generally is just unfinished eg room phone not plugged in, open construction areas in hallways, construction dirt everywhere, loose bolts/ nails in bathroom….
- Lots of bugs in the hallways
- our room key was a master key meaning we accidentally opened another guests room while she was in there! Must have been scary for her and a big safety issue
