Bellatrix Holiday House, with two bedrooms and accommodation for up to 5 persons, is located directly by the sea, in Lanđin Bay on the island of Pašman. Please kindly note that children under the age of three are also included in the total number of persons. Electricity and water should be used sparingly. As the water is stored in a tank during the summer and exposed to high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or purchase bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. The solar-powered electricity supply is 220 V; however, guests are not permitted to bring or use electrical appliances, except for chargers for mobile phones and laptops. Standard electrical sockets are available in the house, allowing guests to charge their mobile phones using their own standard chargers. There is a restaurant in Lanđin Bay which is popular among boaters for its Dalmatian cuisine. This seaside house can be reached by car via an improvised, rough gravel/dirt road over the hill, which may be affected by weather conditions. The road is passable by passenger cars, provided that guests drive slowly and carefully. Pets are welcome at an additional charge. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you will be travelling with. The house has no heating and is therefore available for rent from spring until autumn. All rooms are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove with two burners. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed positioned above the double bed in a bunk-bed arrangement. Bed linen is included and fresh bed linen is provided after each week of stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Cold and hot water (solar-heated) are available in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Bath towels and beach towels are not provided. Guests are advised to bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us if necessary. The garden features a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The terrace is covered and furnished, and sun loungers are also available. There is an option to rent a motorboat upon request, provided that the guest holds a valid boat operator's licence for open waters. A mooring is available directly in front of the house at no additional charge. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. The island is an excellent destination for all water sports enthusiasts. In addition, there are numerous hiking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, including trails near this house, where various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic herbs can be found – perfect for nature lovers. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning or early afternoon, as transfers and arrival at the property during the night are difficult and may even be impossible once the last ferry has departed.
