The holiday house with two bedrooms can host up to 5 people and is located directly on the coast in the bay of Lanđin on the island of Pašman. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining room and living room are in one space, and are equipped with a sofa for 1 person and satellite TV. WLan internet is available in the house at no extra charge. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (volume about 150 l), a gas hob with four burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is also a fireplace, with the possibility of grilling on it. The owner of the house does not approve of outdoor grilling. One pet per group of guests is welcome here at an additional cost - more than one pet requires prior inquiry. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The bathroom equipment includes a shower with hot and cold water, a toilet and a sink, as well as a hairdryer. Bed linen and bath towels are prepared, and fresh ones are provided after each week of stay. Beach towels are not available. The partially roofed terrace is furnished, sunbeds are also available. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. The 220V electricity is solar-powered, but it is not allowed to bring and use electrical devices, except for cell phone / laptop battery chargers. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. Sockets in the house are standard so that guests can charge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard home charger. This holiday home is accessible by car at a distance of about 80m. The island road over the hill is improvised and somewhat rough (white road and concrete parts), and it can be affected by weather conditions, so we recommend slow and careful driving. There is an open and free parking lot about 80m from the house. There are 2 restaurants nearby, one is 80 m from the house (near the parking lot), and the other - in Lanđin bay - 500 m away. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. It is possible to rent here during winter, but in that case an additional payment for firewood is required. Final cleaning is charged an additional 70 EUR. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have with them a license to operate a boat on open waters. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the property at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves.
