Every detail of this villa is carefully planned to fit into the entire space and complete the look. The villa has three spacious rooms, each equipped with a satellite TV and air conditioning. Two of the three rooms have a double bed and two single beds, so this villa is suitable for up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious enough to prepare delicious dishes unobtrusively. In addition to the kitchen there is a dining table suitable for six people. The living room space is where you can relax and is equipped with radio and satellite TV. Apart from the bedrooms, all other rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. To make your vacation really enjoyable, you have a washing machine and dishwasher, a safe, an iron, a microwave, a coffee maker, an indoor fireplace, and the like. Internet is also available throughout the hotel and included in the price of overnight stays. The crib is available upon prior notice to the agency.On the terrace there is a covered swimming pool of 12m2. Have fun swimming in the pool with a water flow system, and if your water is cold, switch on the heating and set the desired temperature. The pool offers panoramic views of the sea, the island of Hvar, the Pelješac peninsula and the mountain Biokovo. If you want relaxation by the pool, there are deck chairs available for enjoying the pool. Relax with a glass of wine in the jacuzzi or try the sauna. Stay active on your vacation with the help of a small gym with exercise equipment.Vehicle access to the facility is not possible, but the car must be left on the parking lot 80m away from the villa Strnj. There is a pedestrian path from the parking lot to the villa itself. If you bring a boat to your vacation, contact the agency in advance and secure a berth for the boat. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the owner who will show you the object. You can talk with him/her in English or German. When you arrive at the accommodation you will leave a deposit, which you will be refunded when leaving the property, if nothing is damaged.During your stay in Villa Strnj, visit the centre of Živogošće which is 800m away. Shops, restaurants and cafes are about the same, while the closest beach is 1km away. In one of the many restaurants, try traditional dishes such as octopus under the baking trays, grilled fish, and the like. In Živogošće there are numerous festivals that are typical of domestic food and wine, as well as good music and fun activities during the summer. Only 20km away from Živogošće is the famous tourist centre of Makarska. Be sure to visit sights such as the 500 years old Franciscan monastery, the church of St. Philip and James, Kačić Square, Venetian fountain and others. The Veprić sanctuary, the botanical garden Kotišina, the Malacological Museum and the Makarska observatory are also inevitable.
