Room 2.

Very clean and comfortable bed and excellent shower. Lovely extra touches - some local wine and a couple of croissants for breakfast. About a 15 minute drive into Como.
The WiFi didn't reach the room. Cafetiere provided but no coffee, or cups, or kettle. The latter two were provided with a smile on request. The yard outside the room is a bit grotty and doesn't give a good first impression.
