The worst experience I've ever had.
Before arriving, I called the property 3 to 4 times to confirm the booking price. Every time, they clearly told me that the price shown on Booking.com, ₹868, was the amount to be charged. Our booking was for 2 rooms for 6 adults.
However, after we arrived, completed the check-in process, and were about to pay, the property owner suddenly claimed that ₹868 was the price per person, not the total booking amount. This was never mentioned before, despite my repeated calls to confirm the price.
Even after explaining the situation and requesting them to honor the confirmed booking, they refused and insisted on charging the higher amount. Since it was far beyond our budget, we had to leave without staying.
We traveled a long distance by cab, wasted money on transportation, lost valuable time, and faced unnecessary stress because of the property's misleading information and unprofessional behavior.
I would not recommend this property to anyone. Please confirm the actual price carefully before booking, as the information provided by the property may not match what is shown on Booking.com.
