ESTAFA. CUIDADO. NO ALOJARSE

DENUNCIADOS POR ESTAFA

Terminamos en la guardia civil denunciando por estafa. Nos sacaron dinero en efectivo (90 euros) en concepto de "el anuncio de Booking está mal" que luego resultó ser una comisión de una intermediaria que es una estafadora al parecer de varios alojamientos de la zona según nos detalló más tarde la auténtica dueña que es una anciana de la que esta persona se aprovecha. Nos contó que esta chica ha llegado a estafar más de mil euros a otros huéspedes anteriores.La ubicación no es la que se indica. La terraza no es la de las fotos, esa casa que se muestra es donde vive esta señora que es con la que compartes TODO, incluido lo que dicen "piscina privada" que no lo es. No hay conexión WiFi. Nos indica que se admiten animales, luego que teniamos que pagar 10€ de suplemento por noche, luego 20€ por noche y luego que teniamos que abonar toda la estancia en efectivo (ya de noche y sin tener donde ir) porque Booking no les ha pagado nada. Decidimos ante todas estas condiciones dantescas, y muchas más que no me voy a parar a redactar, no hacer el check in, el contacto no coge el teléfono, sale huyendo, ni a nosotros ni a Booking. Queríamos llamar a la guardia civil y la auténtica dueña fingió que le podía dar un infarto, por lo que decidimos abandonar el lugar, coger un hotel para pasar la noche (más dinero) y acudir al día siguiente a poner la denuncia. En el puesto de la guardia civil nos indican que Órgiva es un pueblo en el que este tipo de situaciones al parecer se dan bastante, MUCHO CUIDADO. Hemos perdido el dinero de nuestras vacaciones, el tiempo, la salud mental y ahora se nos vienen trámites legales para resolver todo lo ocurrido.

Agréable,sérénité ,propreté

Tout été parfait . Le cadre été parfait pour se qui veulent allier la mer et la montagne c’est l’endroit idéal . Se calme et cette sérénité que je n’ai trouvé nul part vraiment parfait . La villa été magnifique piscine également La Damr qui nous a accueilli été juste magnifique et merci encore à Madame Nueve qui fait en sorte que votre séjour soit encore plus confortable. Je recommande et presse de repartir

Malheureusement pour nous la porte principale au début du séjour été condamné avec des travaux et compliqué de faire le tour en sachant que c’est des petits route de terre .
