The main living area is located on the first floor and features an inviting open layout with comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, and a convenient half bath. Whether you are relaxing after a day at the beach, preparing meals for the family, or planning your next coastal adventure, VivaMar gives you plenty of room to settle in and enjoy your stay.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and double-sink vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two bunk beds, making it a great setup for kids or teenagers. Bedrooms two and three share the upstairs hall bathroom, which is accessed from the hallway and includes a tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity.

All bedrooms, as well as the living room, include Smart TVs, giving everyone a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. House does not have cable but all TVs can stream

Guests will also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays and beach days much easier.

VivaMar is pet friendly for approved pets up to 40 pounds. A $150 pet fee applies per pet.

Guests have access to the Pinewood Preserve community pool. Please note that the pool is not heated. There is no pool code; a fob is required to enter and exit the pool area. Pool hours are posted at the pool and are currently 9:00 AM to dusk.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
