The Falknis holiday home is a charming 2½-room maisonette corner property in a quiet location in the centre of Bad Ragaz. It is around a 10-minute walk to the railway station and the Tamina Therme, whilst shops are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 2 minutes' walk). The house features a sunny garden seating area, a balcony on the upper floor and a private garage in the underground car park. Bad Ragaz is well worth a visit all year round: thermal waters and tranquillity, walking and cycling trails, and in winter the Pizol ski resort. Bedroom 1 bedroom on the upper floor with a large double bed made up of two single mattresses and a wardrobe, 1 bunk bed and a second wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Both sleeping areas have their own door onto the upper-floor hallway, and a folding partition wall between them separates the two. It provides privacy and a visual screen, but it is not soundproof. The bedroom opens directly onto the balcony. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided on arrival. Bathroom 1 bathroom with bath/WC and washbasin on the upper floor, 1 separate WC on the ground floor.
