The Space:

The living room invites you to sink into the oversized wraparound couch with ottoman, curl up by the decorative fireplace, and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV after a day on the lake. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, both a drip coffee maker and Keurig at the dedicated coffee station for your morning brew, and a spacious island with seating for four where conversations naturally flow. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats eight, making it easy to share meals, stories, and plans for the next day's adventures. For a bit of extra fun, the bunk bedroom features its own Pac-Man arcade game, sure to be a hit with guests of all ages.

• This home is a first-floor walk in unit.

• There is trailer parking in the subdivision, by the low water crossing.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
