The town house was built in 1988, while we continuously maintain, update, and thoroughly clean, it retains the charm and character of an older beach town house. If you're looking for a busy beach and brand-new, modern property, this may not be the right fit.

Charming, peaceful, country and a touch of old time Florida our property and town house is appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including; 2 queen beds and queen sofa bed. It has a full kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.), linens, towels, wifi, 2 smart TV's. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and various condiments for your use. New washer/dryer. Your town house is on south side with stairs leading to 2nd floor entrance.

Quiet, tranquil, natural unspoiled beaches and only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk along beach to Sebastian Inlet State Park and it's outstanding fishing pier and nature park with shallow beach, manatees often swim right into these shallow waters where you can gently pet them and enjoy their beauty up close.

Melbourne Beach has some of Florida's finest beaches, peaceful, charming, nature abounds, clear water, pristine unspoiled beaches. Sit back and relax, take a swim, buggy board, surf, fish or do nothing but take in tropical scenery. With two bedrooms all having queen beds, a queen sofa bed, two bathrooms and all the comforts of home it sleeps 6 very comfortably. Beach front 1.2 acre property with Townhouse that has a view of ocean from side deck and living room.

Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shimmering sun light just before dawn. Sit on the beach deck and allow the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze to let your imagination wisk you away to dreamland. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in one of our adirondack chairs.

Please leave the sand at the beach. There is a shower for rinsing in the back yard, keep sand out of the house and showers as it clogs the drains.

Our 1.2 acre Property has no neighbors to south or north which is a state protected natural space. Townhouse located closer to street, very short walk to beach. Property shared with another town house and a beach house.

Our neighborhood relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odor. For drinking we get you started by providing some bottled water.

Publix grocery store five to seven minute drive north along highway A1A. Easy day trips to Orlando and NASA from here.
