With three bedrooms, an additional loft sleeping area, and two full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates families and small groups. The private lower level, accessed by its own exterior entrance, includes additional sleeping and living space and is a great setup for older kids, teens, couples, or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy.

Outside, the deck is made for enjoying the coast. Sip your morning coffee while watching boats head toward Barview Jetty, fire up the BBQ for dinner, dine outdoors, or relax with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Pacific.

One of the best parts of the location is how easily you can get to the water. A protected swimming lagoon and beach area are just a short 5 minute walk from the house. Guests can also drive through Barview Jetty County Park and pay the day-use fee for convenient vehicle access or skip the drive and take a 15 minute walk there and pay no fee.

Spend your days fishing, crabbing, clamming, kayaking, paddleboarding, beachcombing, or wildlife watching. Explore seven miles of sandy Rockaway Beach, browse local shops, enjoy fresh Oregon seafood, ride the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, visit nearby Garibaldi Marina, or make the short trip to the Tillamook Creamery.
