About this house rental
3 Bedroom Home with upstairs sleeping area with 2 more beds and TV, play area that you’re kids will love. First two Bedrooms are normal sized. Third bedroom is enclosed but small with a pull out couch that converts to a bed. Ceilings upstairs where there is a futon and another queen bed are short, only 60 inches tall at the peak and the stairs are steep. Kids love it. 2 Queen Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top memory foam beds. Giant sectional in living room, bamboo floors, nice kitchen with White Quartz countertops, a Bosch Dishwasher, all cooking utensils, New Hot Tub April 2023 with upgraded 220 volt connection so it heats up quickly. I do change the water when it gets nasty so there is a chance that it might not be piping hot the second you arrive. Hot tub is adjacent to small room, sitting area so you can watch your kids swim, 70" LED TV, DVD. Wifi highest speed internet available. Bluetooth Soundbar with Subwoofer, Heating, BBQ, Washer and Drier, Fire pit, Games, Large Dining room table Buddha Garden, A/C, large fenced yard, steps from the beach.

My family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. The place was spacious and clean. We loved the short forest walk to the beach, and spent a lot of time in the yard.

Overall experience at the house was great. Easy access to the beach and the house was in great condition with plenty of room for our little family. Hot tub was fantastic and clean.The only issues we had were trying to access the wifi, what VRBO gave and what was listed at the house was different and we had to figure out what the username and passwords were. My husband did have to fix the bottom spray bar on the dishwasher, I seen that the spray bar was all the way in back of the dishwasher, and wasn't in it's proper place. Which we believe may have been why the dishes we were guna use had old caked on food on the plates and utensils and cups. We definitely will be back. The beach access was so easy and literally was 3 minutes away and has a cute path to take.

Great property for dogs although when we got there we did do a sweep and found a great deal of poo left behind or missed so we cleaned that up. Floors were wet so we must have been on the heels of the cleaners. Beach access is wonderful. Rockaway is meh so bring your own food and utilize the kitchen as it is well equipped ! Quiet neighborhood also a plus :)

Good property for two. Near beach as mentioned with entrance right across the street, hot tub great an updated cover would be nice, fire pit with some wood provided, make sure you get seasoned wood. Bed mattress very firm, unit clean but cleaner is always a plus. Central to upper and mid costal Oregon, nice small town. Would recommend.
